Develop and provide injection molding tool to support development stage through production stage.
Requirements
- D3 in Drafting & Designing or Tool Making
- S1 Mechanical Engineer with GPA 3.00
- Experience Min. 2-3 years in manufacturing plant in the same position.
- Have a knowledge about tool making, tool design, auto cad, and pro-e.
- Proficient to make Mold Design, especially with family mold cavity.
- 2D mold design with autocad or 3d mold design with any design software.
- Know about Pro-ENGINEER is a plus.
- Proficient to make Mold Splitting Core-Cavity.
- Proficient to make detail drawing for working process
- Know about mold making process ( manual machining, EDM process, CNC)
- Know about Electrode making and Cam programing.
- Know about FMEA is a plus.
- Has strong leader ship, and has capability handle a Team.
- Proactive, open minded, problem solver, and team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written english.
- Willing to be located in Cikarang - Bekasi
