RECEPTIONIST

Work Location – Cikarang/Cibitung

Job Description:

Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls at a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintain long distance call logs. Take and distribute accurate messages. Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit; issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs; alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee. Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources, for example on the organisation’s location, hours of operation, phone numbers, or email address. May also perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organising and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages.

Background:

• Minimum Vocational School or Diploma on English language or Secretary and 
• Good in English, have a good communication & interpersonal skill
• Have experiences as Receptionist or as Secretary on Foreign Companies is an advantages.

SEASONING FLAVOURIST

Work Location - Cikarang

Job Description:

To create and develop Flavours & Seasoning new products as market demands. Manage and implement the creation and evaluation of the best product to answer the needs of our customers through application and sensory methodology.

Background:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) on Food Science & Technology or Chemistry
• Good in English
• Have In depth technical knowledge for seasoning ingredients  understand raw materials functionality and sourcing. Complete knowledge of Savoury Flavour compounding.
• Have experience working with Seasonings/Flavour House or Product development in a Snack, Noodles or Meat Processing company.

Experiences:

Candidate must have at least 5-10 years experiences creating and developing Flavours and/or Seasonings for snacks, noodles and/or with Savoury applications development skills and experience in related Savoury Industry.

JUNIOR PROGRAMMER FOR DATA SUPPORT

The candidate should be:

• D3/S1 graduated from reputable University.
• Having experience in Relational Database (SQL SERVER, or MSACCESS) will be adventages

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Work Location - Cikarang

Job Description:

Inspect completed work to check that repairs have been completed correctly and that machinery and equipment, conform to specifications and safety standards. Monitor the condition of maintenance equipment, materials, parts, and tools that are used by maintenance workers in their day-to-day activities. Coach and mentor maintenance staff and assist them to diagnose more complex problems with machinery or equipment problems. Prioritise and assign tasks so that the team’s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met. Train new workers in the organisation’s operating procedures and standards.

Background:

• Bachelor Degree (S1)/Diploma (D3) on Electrical/Instrument/Electronic
• Have In depth technical knowledge on SAP, Preventive Maintenance (PM), PLC and ability of Autocad is advantage
• Have a strong leadership, good team player, easy to adapt, proactive and excellent on troubleshooting.

Experiences:

Candidate must have at least >3 years experiences as Maintenance/Engineering on flavor and fragrance industries or food/chemical manufacturing basis.

FRAGRANCE MARKETING OFFICER - CIKARANG OFFICE

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, previous experience in consumer good industry would be a plus.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.
• Understanding of graphic design or web design would be an advantage.
